Wet Zone warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking, or delaminating for five years from the original date of purchase.

5 years Equipment & Controls
Wet Zone warrants the spa's electrical components--specifically the pump(s), heater and control system--against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original date of delivery.

5 years Plumbing & Components
Wet Zone warrants the factory installed plumbing components-- specifically the jets, suctions, valve fittings, plumbing pipes and hoses against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years form the original date of delivery.

Wood Cabinets:
Wet Zone warrants its wood skirts on bronze and silver series to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Wet Zone warrants its wood cabinets on Goldand Platinum series to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

Extent of Warranty:
Wet Zone extends this limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of any silver, gold, platinum series portable Coast Spa sold by its authorised dealers. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. Replacement service items such as light bulbs, pillows, batteries, fuses, o-rings and not covered under this warranty, but are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser.

Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty is void if Wet Zone or its designated representative determines that the Coast Spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Wet Zone or its designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other caused beyond the control of Wet Zone. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance to the instructions contained in the owner's manual provided with the spa. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperatures outside the range of 32 degrees F or 0 degrees C and 120 degrees F or 40 degrees C. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulation cover (see separate warranty), any item attached to, or installed on, the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than a designated Wet Zone representative.

Wet Zone, or any of its authorised agents shall not be held liable for injury, or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages, which may include, but are not limited to, the removal of a permanent deck wall or other custom fixtures. In no even shall Wet Zone be liable, for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the product(s). No other warranties, expressed or implied, are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorised to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever.

Legal Rights:
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from country to country. Limitation on implied warranties may not apply to you, due to your location.

Performance:
To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify Wet Zone as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, Wet Zone or its designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labour to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage charged and deductible if any. If Wet Zone determines that repair of the covered defect is not feasible, we reserve the right to instead provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase price of the defective spa. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa, shipping costs for the replacement or repair spa, and delivery and installation of the replacement or repaired spa will be the responsibility of the spa owner.
